We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional who has 5+ years of selling both end-to-end solutions and tactical staffing services. Preference will be given to those who have experience selling Microsoft based end-to-end solutions. The right individual must be able to demonstrate successive growth during their sales career both professionally and personally.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include:
• Selling tactical staffing and end-to-end application and web development solutions, using primarily Microsoft technologies.
• Identify the customer's needs and uses a consultative sales approach to complete the sale cycle in such a way that builds trust and value. Manage the relationship with the customer so as to be in a position to identify future opportunities.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Must be able to manage the sales cycle (i.e.…presentations, generate proposals, facilitate project status meetings, personnel issues, maintain the ongoing customer satisfaction etc…).
• Must be able to participate in client meetings and be able to have face-to face-client interaction with all levels of stakeholders (C-level officers, VP’s, Directors, Line Managers).
• Must be capable of generating new clients and repeat business through networking, cold calling, and other proven prospecting methods.
• Acting as a representative of at industry conferences and association meetings.
• Effectively promote the “Executive .NET” seminar series in a way that continues to enhance our position in the Twin Cities area, as the leader in Microsoft.NET consulting expertise.
• Able to attend weekly sales meetings and provide complete weekly sales performance reports.

Qualifications:

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires strong track record in selling Information Technology services in Twin Cities areas.
• Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in selling staff augmentation and complete application development solutions.
• Must have experience in managing a sales cycle and generating new business while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota objectives. Experience in the complete sales cycle including, establishing and creating needs, proposal preparation, solution presentation and closing.
• Must not have restrictive or enforceable employment contract non-compete agreement.
• Candidate must skilled at cold calling and able to create innovative ways to establish new business.
• History of selling end-to-end solutions with good experience in developing business cases (ROI justification, cost benefit analysis).

The Senior Clinical Applications Specialist functions as the lead trainer for all company personnel and a consultant for the customers in the interventional lab. If you're not interested in the Director level Training position, we are also searching for Design Engineers.


The Senior Clinical Applications Specialist functions as the lead trainer for all company personnel and a consultant for the customers in the interventional lab.

The ideal candidate must have an evangelistic, understandable and personable approach to explaining and communicating the technical feature and benefit information about company products, to all levels and types of people. (Physicians, engineers, technicians, customers, etc.)

The person will train clinicians in formal and informal settings, and proctor procedures to ensure correct use of company products.

The primary responsibilities include sales representative and account manager training, customer training, research protocol, new technology training, and case data retrieval and management.

• Design and manage training programs utilizing multiple media (didactic, video, simulator)
• Customize training to accommodate diverse skills: physicians, clinical staff and sales.
• Translate innovative clinical technology which utilizes a
sophisticated user interface into easily comprehendible material.

Additional Requirements:

A minimum of five years prior experience in the interventional or electrophysiology lab is required for this senior position.

Case Support/ Clinical Development

• Provide highest quality clinical support and customer service.
• Conduct on-going communication with account managers to ensure timely support of procedures.
• Support cases under research protocols by functioning as a physician consultant and research staff consultant for protocol, technology, procedure, and data collection support.
• Collect required data when present at cases.
• Facilitate the collection of data (angiographic and clinical) from hospitals using Company products. This includes ensuring data have been received in-house in a timely fashion to enter into database.
• Facilitate use of products with either commercial or clinical product use to broaden physicians understanding of the indications for company products.
• Drive enrollment in single-center and multi-center clinical trials in multiple disciplines.
• Case presentation development to increase customers’ knowledge of the utility of Company products.

Internal Training:
• Assist with development of internal training modules.
• Assist with internal training of new hires in the sales, marketing, and clinical organizations.
• Facilitate the execution of internal training programs.
• Train Account Managers on Pilot Introduction Plans.
• Conduct field training of new hires, observe case proctoring of other employees, evaluate other employee’s training skills and provide feedback to director.

Customer Training:
• Assist Account Managers with on-site training with clinicians and cath lab personnel.
• Function as a consultant when proctoring procedures to ensure correct use of the products in multiple disciplines within an Institution,
• Train physicians and their staff on new technologies conducted under research protocols including product training, data collection, and protocol training.
• Conduct product training in formal settings such as trade shows, seminars, on-site symposiums.

Interdepartmental Communication in Product Feedback:
• Provide ongoing feedback to appropriate company personnel regarding cases, product performance, and customer concerns and comments.
• Assist with development of phantoms, research training tools, and commercial training tools as necessary, for clinician and staff training and clinical research studies.
• Interface with Sales/Marketing, Engineering and Field Support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Supports multiple departments including, but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Clinical Research, Quality Regulatory and Research & Development.
• Conduct demonstrations at trade shows on company technologies.
• Travel approximately 75%.
• Able to change travel plans on short notice as customer’s needs change.

Required Education Skill and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in biomedical or electrical engineering or healthcare related field, or a minimum of five years in the Interventional or electrophysiology laboratory.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills showing a high degree of professionalism.
• Computer skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• Persistent, detail oriented and able to take initiative.
• Experience with x-ray systems, interventional medical devices, clinical research, or two years experience in medical device industry is a plus.

Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working and goal driven Sales Manager. The candidate should have necessary management skills to motivate and drive a sales team and lead key projects involving a high level of trust and confidentiality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Manager will report to the President and be responsible for:
- Managing and training a sales team with a minimum of 3-8 account executives

- 4+ years of experience in managing sales and mentoring sales teams for Digital Media related business (Internet, Radio, TV) would be ideal.
- Experience and aptitude in building effective business relationships and negotiating sales deals of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000+ portfolios, is required.
- Knowledge and experience in Basic FTP, HTML, Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office applications’ including Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Business with emphasis in Marketing/Advertising or MIS will be required; but an MBA from a reputed school will be ideal.
